Using REAP

reap.win is operated by House of REAP (“REAP”, “we”, “us”). These terms cover your use of reap.win, together with the applicable game rules, Payments Policy, Rewards Terms and Pack Terms. Read the conditions shown before entering an offer or confirming a transaction. Specific offer terms govern that offer; mandatory legal rights are unaffected.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 and meet any higher legal age for the activity where you live. Do not use REAP if you reside in or access it from the United States, United Kingdom, France, Germany, Spain, the Netherlands, or another territory where the service is prohibited or restricted. Do not disguise your location to bypass restrictions.

Use accurate account information and protect your login and linked wallets. Do not share, sell or transfer accounts, impersonate another person, or create additional accounts to evade restrictions or collect repeat rewards. We may request proportionate identity, location, wallet ownership or source-of-funds evidence before allowing play, payments or rewards.

REAP and cryptocurrency

REAP is used to play games on the platform. REAP from signup, allocations, purchases, rewards and games uses the same play balance. It is not a cryptocurrency, deposit, investment, ownership interest or promise of a future token. REAP itself cannot be withdrawn or exchanged for cash or cryptocurrency. A separate promotion may award a specified prize for qualifying activity under its own terms.

SOL and USDC play involves real cryptocurrency and the risk of losing your stake. Each supported asset has its own balance. Restricted promotional funds are identified separately and become withdrawable only under the accepted offer terms. Cryptocurrency prices can change; an approximate fiat display does not guarantee an exchange rate or conversion.

Restricted wagering bonuses convert to cash only after their wagering requirements are completed, up to a maximum of 5 times the original bonus per grant or a lower advertised limit. Any excess returns to the promotional pool. This cap applies to active and future bonuses from October 14, 2026 and does not reduce deposited cash or funds already converted. Games and settlement

Check the currency, stake, rules and payout information before confirming a wager. Available games, limits and game versions may differ by currency. Returns are not guaranteed; house games have a mathematical advantage over repeated play. A published theoretical return describes the game over many plays, not what an individual player will receive.

A wager is accepted when confirmed by the service. Results and settlement records determine its outcome; animations and a temporary balance display do not replace those records. A lost connection or closed browser does not cancel an accepted wager. Verification methods are described in the fairness guide for the relevant game and mode.

Interruptions and errors

We may pause new play or payments to maintain the service, investigate a fault or comply with law. Accepted transactions remain subject to reconciliation. If an identifiable technical error affects a wager or credit, we may correct the affected record or void and refund the affected wager under its game rules. We will not treat an ordinary player win as an error.

Do not spend or withdraw a credit you know was issued in error. Report it to support. A retry must not create a second entitlement to the same payment or reward. Updates and maintenance do not give us a general right to erase valid paid balances or fulfilled purchases.

Fair use and investigations

Fraud, stolen funds, collusion, manipulated wagers, reward farming through multiple identities, unauthorized automation and exploitation of software faults are prohibited. Do not interfere with other players or the service.

Where there is reasonable evidence of a breach, we may restrict affected activity while reviewing it, request relevant evidence, and remove rewards or reverse credits obtained through the breach. Restrictions and adjustments must relate to the activity under review and applicable law. We may close accounts for serious or repeated breaches. Legitimate balances remain subject to the payment, verification and legal requirements that apply to them.

Content and third parties

REAP branding, game software and artwork are protected intellectual property. Account access and collectible ownership do not transfer copyright or commercial reproduction rights. You retain rights in content you submit and permit us to display and process it as needed to run the service or campaign you entered. Additional advertising use requires the permission stated for that campaign.

External wallets, networks, social platforms and service providers have their own terms and availability. A link or campaign involving a platform does not imply that platform sponsors or endorses REAP.

Service availability and liability

The service is provided as available. We do not promise uninterrupted access, profit, a particular game outcome or future availability of an offer. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect losses, lost opportunities or failures outside our reasonable control. This does not exclude liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, or remove our obligations concerning valid balances and accepted transactions.

Changes and existing activity

We may update these terms and future offers. Material changes will be brought to your attention before they apply, with renewed acceptance where required. Updated rules do not retrospectively change accepted wagers, completed purchases or already-awarded promotional grants, except to correct an error or meet a legal requirement. The version accepted for an offer governs that offer.

Questions and disputes

Contact support or support@reap.win with your account identifier and the relevant transaction, wager or receipt reference. Never send passwords or recovery phrases. We will review the records and explain the outcome, subject to legal and security restrictions. These terms do not prevent you from exercising mandatory rights or contacting a competent authority.
