Payments & withdrawals

Your balances

Available SOL and USDC balances are recorded separately in the platform wallet. Games using that wallet settle against its ledger; individual game results are not necessarily separate blockchain transactions. Legacy onchain balances and pending transactions remain governed by their original settlement and recovery process.

REAP and restricted bonuses are not withdrawable cash. The wallet identifies available funds, amounts committed to accepted transactions and restricted funds. A deposit does not itself place a wager or accept a promotional playthrough requirement.

Deposits

Use only the asset, network and address displayed for your deposit. Check all details before sending. Credit depends on network confirmation and reconciliation. Unsupported assets, wrong networks or incorrect addresses may cause permanent loss; recovery is not guaranteed. Never send a seed phrase or private key to support.

Deposit availability is shown in the wallet. Network delays or an unconfirmed transfer do not establish a spendable balance. Do not send funds through a deposit route shown as unavailable.

Withdrawals

Request withdrawals from your available cash balance to a supported address you control. Check the network, destination, minimum amount, fee and amount to receive before confirming. We do not promise instant completion: network confirmation, unsettled wagers, security checks or required verification may delay processing.

A submitted withdrawal reserves the corresponding funds while its outcome is determined. Do not submit a second transfer to replace one still pending. Rejected or failed requests are reconciled to their original balance; an already-broadcast transfer cannot generally be cancelled. Contact support with the request reference if its status is unclear.

Fees and valuations

Applicable payment fees and limits are shown before confirmation. Crypto amounts are settled in the selected asset. Fiat equivalents are estimates and may change. The platform does not automatically exchange SOL and USDC or guarantee that either asset holds a fixed fiat value.

No deposit wagering requirement is created by this policy. Any separate promotion restricts only the funds covered by its accepted terms, not unrelated deposited funds.

Security and reviews

Use funds and wallets you are entitled to use. We may review unusual or disputed transactions and request evidence reasonably required to verify ownership, prevent fraud or comply with law. A review does not create an automatic right to confiscate legitimate funds. Access and payment restrictions are handled under the platform terms and applicable legal requirements.
