Play Pack terms

What you receive

The checkout states the price, currency, REAP amount, collectible selection and any badge progress included in your pack. You receive one card chosen from three offered options, not all three cards. Only the available collection and product version shown for that purchase apply; future artwork or expansions are not included unless expressly stated.

Card choices

Pack tiers determine which cards can be offered. Unowned cards are prioritized within the eligible selection; duplicates remain possible. A preview or favorite-world selection does not guarantee a particular card. Review the eligible collection before buying.

The purchase saves its offered cards. Refreshing, skipping the animation or reopening the receipt does not create a new draw. Once confirmed, your card choice is final. Duplicate cards add to your owned quantity; they do not count as new unique cards for collection completion.

Use and ownership

REAP is used to play games and is not redeemable for cash. Cards and badges are digital account items for use within REAP. They do not change game odds, provide a financial return or automatically qualify you for cash rewards. They are not represented as NFTs, transferable assets or investments. No external market, resale value or future token is promised.

Artwork rights remain with their respective owners. Owning an account item does not transfer copyright or permission to sell, mint or commercially reproduce its artwork.

Delivery and purchase issues

Confirm only after checking the contents and price. A successful purchase credits the stated REAP and saves the card selection to your account. Keep the receipt reference. If confirmation is interrupted, recover the existing purchase before trying again.

Contact support for a duplicate charge, missing delivery or incorrect contents. We will reconcile the purchase and provide the delivery, correction or refund required by the circumstances and applicable law. A delivered digital purchase is not normally reversible simply because you dislike the offered cards or have used the REAP. Statutory cancellation and refund rights remain unaffected.
